I am a Certified Life Coach with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Following graduation I worked as a Mental Health Therapist for many years. When my daughter was born I transitioned into Life Coaching and love the work I do. I have a passion for people, and enjoy
helping them reach new heights in their personal and professional life.

People often ask me what I do as a Life Coach. I work with people, couples, families, and businesses. First, I help them examine the obstacles that are preventing them from attaining their desired goals. Then, I help them find the opportunity in the challenge. Once this has been discovered, I help you create a unique plan that fits your life and goals so you can take advantage of those opportunities and start living that ideal life you have been dreaming about.

Life Coaching is not Therapy. I assume you are healthy and able to be self motivated when provided with the proper tools to make change in your life. Our work togther is meant to help you reach a higher level of health, self motivation, and functioning in your life so that you reach new heights both personally and professionally.
